Under the supervision of the PI, this person will assist with research study coordination on projects related to screening, recruitment and participation.
25% Participant recruitment and community outreach: Coordinate calls to recruit families to participate in research. Visit community clinics and service sites to recruit families. Attend tabled events. Will create and use approved recruitment materials.
45% Conduct and assist with participant study screens, assessments, study visits; support participant visits for neuroimaging; administer study intervention procedures, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (following on-the-job training). Order clinical questionnaires and other study materials and administer computer study tasks.
10% Data management tasks: Assist with setting up research team and data protocols. Team scheduling as needed. Protocol updating, data checking, and generating data summaries for reports.
10% Participate in trainings and lab/team meetings: Attend trainings regarding data collection protocols. Ongoing coaching and support are offered on a needed basis. Team meetings are necessary to keep the project running smoothly and problem solve any issues which may arise.
10% study regulatory tasks: Working with PI and research team to complete institutional review and federal trial administration paperwork required for our treatment/mechanism studies. Update forms, incorporate protocol changes, manage study monitoring/auditing visits, and meet with research teams to answer questions required by regulatory organizations. Maintain subject tracking documents by updating databases and spreadsheets (i.e. documents referral dates, recruitment dates, and project flowcharts.)

Required Qualifications: A bachelors degree; or a combination of education and relevant experience to total four years. Experience working with diverse families and/or individuals with disabilities.
