Key leadership team member of the Benefit Services and Administration (BSA) department. Partners with other leadership team members across departmental units to solve inter and intra-departmental issues, problems and challenges. Responsible for the direct delivery (and team's delivery) of program management, vendor management, data and financial analysis and research, legal and regulatory compliance, project management and communication of a complex set of benefit programs and plans.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in related field with 5-7 years related HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Demonstrated supervisory experience required, as well as superb customer service skills. Must be service oriented and possess strong oral and written communication skills and accomplished listening skills. Excellent judgment and experience in decision making. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience with the health, dental, education and voluntary benefits strongly preferred. CEBS and/or SHRM certification preferred or other graduate level work preferred. The New York Convenience of employer guidelines require New York State individual tax reporting and withholdings for this position.
