Incumbent will provide variety of psychological services such as individual and group counseling and psychotherapy, crisis intervention, clinical consultation, outreach and psycho-educational programming. Provides services for a range of conditions including common mental health issues (e.g., anxiety, depression), behavioral medicine topics (e.g., sleep, pain, chronic disease management), parent-child problems, substance abuse, anxiety, and trauma recovery. Frequent communication with other health care professionals, and management of patient population involved (i.e., registries).
Services may be delivered at more than one location based on service needs and at the discretion of program leadership. Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices (i.e., regulatory requirements, healthcare laws) and campus policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Master's Degree in related area (i.e. psychology, social work, marriage/family therapy); or equivalent experience.
Three (3+) or more years of relevant experience including one (1) year experience in integrated behavioral health in primary care setting.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of clinical counseling principles, methods, procedures, and standards.
Possession of or eligible for specialty certification in service area (e.g., EMDR, biofeedback).
Bilingual in both Spanish and English.
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
