SUMMARY We are looking for a Customer Service focused person with excellent attention to detail to join the team of a manufacturer in Butler.
POSITION This person will: • Answer incoming customer calls. • Answer questions regarding product line and check availability. • Enter order-related information into the computer. • Respond to inquiries regarding the status of orders. • Track customer order status with production and shipping. • Create order and shipping documentation.
Work hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Hourly pay around $14.00 - $15.00 an hour, with increase based on progress with training and performance. Company paid benefits.
REQUIREMENTS • Customer service experience and excellent phone skills. • Good communication skills, desire to learn and a great attitude. • Good computer skills with the ability to learn new programs. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • High energy level and positive attitude. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
