Job Title: Associate, Development and Program Support Division: Manufacturing Institute Reports To: Vice President. Business Relations & Partnerships FLSA Status/Level: Exempt, Professional Prepared Date: February 2021
Position Summary: The Manufacturing Institute (“MI”) Associate, Development and Program Support is responsible for supporting the MI program leads in developing, executing and tracking the success of the MI’s initiatives and programs. The Associate, Development and Program Support, is an integral part of the MI team as we seek to inspire, educate and empower the manufacturing workforce of today and tomorrow. A successful candidate will be someone that wants to work on creative solutions to the greatest workforce challenges facing U.S. manufacturers. A successful candidate will be joining a team of entrepreneurial problem-solvers managing projects and programs designed to attract and prepare the manufacturing workforce.
