  • Assess and create longer term strategy for revenue impacts of capacity improvement projects and use analysis to drive improvements.
  • Develop a comprehensive analytics and business strategy for operations to execute and turn insights into actions.
  • Resolve complex technical and operational capacity constraints by analyzing and using data of business segments, technology, and sku.
  • Evaluate monthly PO requests and work with brand team to adjust plans to meet capacity constraints.
  • Guide daily planning teams on daily phasing of monthly plans.
  • Complete manufacturing plan vs actual reporting and work with operations department to implement recovery plans when falling short of plan.
  • Slice and dice manufacturing plans to support the needs of various business segments

EDUCATION: BA/BS in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Statistics, and/or related field.

EXPERIENCE: 6+ years working in technical experience in data analysis and intelligence in a large production environment

- Certifications in Professional Forecasting (CPF) and Supply Chain (CSCP) is a plus

 

  • Previous operations experience in a production and/or metrics intensive performance environment
  • Knowledgeable in process improvement and metrics development
  • Strategic thinker that can push new initiatives - integrate new or emerging technologies
  • Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience working in start-up environment and Founder/owner led companies
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of priorities
