Human Resources develops and implements our 'employees, candidates, and operational' strategies to support Wells Fargo's business objectives. This is a newly created position that will manage a team responsible for Wells Fargo's Human Resources (HR) Vendor Management Engagement process. This Vendor Engagement Management Leader will directly manage a team of Business Support Consultants to establish a collaborative way in working with 3rd party vendors, Wells Fargo Line of Business Leaders and other internal Stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Sourcing, HR Control & Third Party Risk, as well as HR Outsourcing. This manager will report to Wells Fargo's Head of HR Vendor Management and Global Delivery.
Wells Fargo's HR Vendor Management and Global Delivery team is responsible for HR's 'build versus buy' strategy for all current and future third-party vendor engagements for consulting, design, and service delivery activities. This will include centralizing vendor strategy and engagement management, as well as establishing our future global HR delivery plan, activities, and the partnerships necessary to enhance our multi-site delivery capabilities and resources.
Key focus areas for each leader include:
Ensure resources are assigned and appropriately aligned to vendors
Provide updates to plans in order to drive operational excellence and ensure effective service deliveries as well as governance
Ensure smooth onboarding, day to day engagement management, risk assessments and overall performance management of vendors to ensure vendors meet contractual and regulatory obligations outlined in their contract in order to mitigate and control risk
Serve as an escalation point and provide support or resolution to Engagement & Relationship Managers on items with external vendors

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning
4+ years of management experience
Experience building business cases for data-driven process-related improvements
Process design or improvement experience
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Other Desired Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing an organization that includes cross functional teams to both plan, execute and implement programs, services and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity and risk
Management of teams through transformational change, including transition plans, risk mitigation, and escalation/issue management
Relationship management: Building strong business relationships with all levels across a large organization and with external vendors or partners
Strategic planning experience which includes development of roadmaps that aligned to corporate strategies
Development and implementation of metric and reporting definition and management
Ability to motivate groups and to quickly gain the trust/confidence of executive leaders
Vendor Management or 3rd Party Management experience
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
