Healthcare Regulatory Counsel

Successful candidates will have 7+ years of regulatory experience.  We are specifically seeking candidates with experience and an interest in continuing or building a practice around either (i) healthcare information technology/digital health/data privacy and security, or (ii) the Stark law and Anti-Kickback Statute and similar laws and regulations.  Candidates with experience in the foregoing with other complimentary areas of experience should also apply.  Prior employment in a sophisticated law firm environment and healthcare experience in particular is favored. Excellent academic credentials and solid writing skills are required.  Applicants should be admitted to practice in Illinois.
