Essential Job Functions POSITION OVERVIEW The Compliance Specialist (“Specialist”) will work with the Chief Human Resources Officer and other members of the HR leadership team to plan and implement the Human Resources (HR) department’s approach to complying with federal, state, and local employment-related regulatory requirements. The Specialist will has a lead role in in delivering, maintaining, communicating and updating Human Resources policies and procedures on a firmwide basis. The Specialist also oversees the offboarding process for sensitive departures.
