Senior Product Manager, Life insurance

Our Client is an International Life insurer with an established and growing presence in Asia. As part of strategic growth in Hong Kong, our client is seeking all-rounded insurance product professionals to join the Hong Kong office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with distribution and marketing channels on product design, strategy and development to meet company's overall strategy and different sales channel.
• Work with external partners to prepare product development related materials for product launch for identifying selling opportunities for customers.
• Take a lead on product related project tasks in accordance to project timeline and report progress to the senior management team.
• Provide sales support such as product training, review of promotional materials and preparation of regulatory requirements.
• Execute post sales monitoring and track profitability and competitiveness of the products.
• Manage a team and assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• University graduates from all disciplines. Major in Business Administration/Marketing/Actuarial or related discipline is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of working experience relates to insurance product development.
• Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
• Strong attention to details and good time management skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager, with more experience will be considered as Associate Director.
