University sponsored research administration experience is a plus. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong negotiation skills, tact, and diplomacy. Problem- solving and continuous improvement mindset. Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Ability to work individually or within a team, to think creatively, and provide sound advice. Computer skills and strong organizational skills. Ability to think critically and strategically about programmatic, financial, and policy issues.

Advanced degree or graduate certificate in law, research administration, or regulatory compliance may count toward experience.
