Maintain documentation for 3Ts App, Partner Portal and related projects.
Identify areas where processes could be improved & deliver improvements.
Lead or observe formative testing sessions with parents.
Compile and synthesize feedback from formative testing and program implementation to implement in future iterations.
Assist with adaptation and updates of curricula, both content and formatting, incorporating observations and participant feedback.
Assist with content creation, writing and editing for various projects.
Assist with preparation of reports, manuscripts and other documents, including:
Update newsletter contacts
Format and send staff and TMW Center newsletter communications
Monitor the TMW Centerâ™s website to update plug-ins and WordPress as needed
Update pages to the website as needed
Craft graphics for social media
Troubleshoot related issues
Adapt and create graphics and PowerPoint slides as needed
Create flyers, handouts, graphics, and other documents in Illustrator
Maintains technical and administrative support for a research project.
Analyzes and maintains data and/or specimens. Conducts literature reviews. Assists with preparation of reports, manuscripts and other documents
Performs other related work as needed
Previous project management experience
Knowledge of research techniques or methods, regulatory policies and procedures, and relevant scientific knowledge
Demonstrated ability in copy editing, graphic design and other related experience
Familiarity using Adobe Creative Suite
