he Weld County Public Health department in Greeley, CO is searching for a Business/Clinic Manager to plan, coordinate, and administer the daily operations of a public health clinic to ensure an efficient and effective operation. Supervise all clinical support staff in the Public Health Services Division. Responsible for the supervision of patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing. Responsible for staff scheduling, financial goals, quality, service environment and regulatory compliance. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, equipment and supply purchases, and clinic maintenance. Participate in information systems/services program management, research and development, orientation and onboarding of new staff, facilities management, document management, policy and training plan development/implementation.
The ideal candidate for the Public Health Business/Clinic Manager position will have the following:
• Previous success managing a high performing clinic with a minimum of 5 years in management in a clinic setting with at least 3 years of supervisory-level experience. • A people-focused approach with a proven record of strong internal and external customer service. • A history of championing positive culture while driving innovative change and process improvement. • Experience working with insurance companies, billing, budgeting, clinic scheduling, and managing information systems. • Ability to optimize patient outcomes and integrate clinic operations while ensuring alignment with the strategic priorities and adopted budget • Ability to create and give meaningful and engaging presentations and reports that convey accurate and relevant data and provide complex analysis to aid decision making.

Starting pay is $76,923.43 - $97,409.13 annually plus benefits (see benefits tab on the job posting) depending on relevant experience.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, Administrative Services/Management or related field or combination of education and experience that provides the employee the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the required job.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years in management in a clinic setting or other similar setting AND 3 years of supervisory-level experience managing and leading a business unit or department.
