Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support adhesive reaction and compounding process related manufacturing operations, become a subject matter expert in this field. This candidate also needs to pay attention to digital factory application in this field.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Work with business team, P&D team, related process engineers and equipment engineering to support growth or improvement, technology transfer, SOS transfer, new technology deployment/commercialization programs;
• Drive the manufacturing process development, improvement or upgrade with new technologies in the adhesive reaction and compounding process related area, like robotics, machine vision, AI, logistics automation and etc.;
• Work as Disruptive Technology and Manufactory Technology SME to consulate Global VSM and adhesive reaction and compounding process technology platform;
• Deploy data automation or Industry 4.0 concept in process design to improve efficiency;
• Value creation of improved quality, productivity, and information flow through manufacturing operations;
• Support NPI/NTI program for a robust supply chain and stable process with design for manufacturability and establish process capability;
• Develop as an expertise in one or more of the following technologies:

• Process and Equipment used in adhesive reaction and compounding process operations
• Deployment of Automation solutions for adhesive reaction and compounding process operations
• Drive innovation within our operations using both internal and external technologies
• Leadership of initiatives to improve factory operations
