The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As an I ndustrial Maintenance Mechanic , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Troubleshoot/repair mechanical equipment and components
• Troubleshoot/repair pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
• Maintain, rebuild and replace all types of pumps, motors, bearings and rollers
• Troubleshoot basic electrical equipment and components
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of experience with repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Working overtime, work 2/2/3 Shift, working holidays as needed, short notice call in

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and/or repairing of electrical equipment
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System

Travel: No Travel
