The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a MDM Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Develop expertise on processes
• Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests
• Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
• Responsible for facilitation of data collection process and output for SAP
• Follow-up on process delays and/or coordinate activities required to complete assigned tasks within SLA targets

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
• 2-3 years' equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and/or Master Data; Work experience with SAP - preferred but not required
• Fluent English
• Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
• Collaborative Team player
