What You'll Be Doing - The Finishing Operator is responsible for completing production activities to ensure safe production through the execution of Toyota Production System (TPS) principles, tools, and techniques. The Finishing Operator is responsible for troubleshooting, completing accurate production reporting, and assisting with on-the-job training for new employees in the assigned operating area.

The Physical Requirements
