US Compliance Officer - Private Equity (Energy Portfolio)

You will provide regulatory coverage to the US business, reporting to the Global Chief Compliance Officer who seeks to challenge and develop this individual.

• Company: Midtown based Private Equity firm, employing 180 staff globally (majority in NYC and London). The business targets investment into mid-market funds (primary and secondary platforms); has a growing private credit team and also invests directly into energy technology and infrastructure ventures.

• Role: Wide-ranging BAU responsibilities (advisory, code of ethics, M&T, financial promotions) and involvement in transformation and project based work to enhance the compliance framework.

• Required experience: 3-7 years' (as a guide) experience in an inhouse compliance role, at either a private equity (fund of funds), hedge fund or mutual funds business.
