Fund Registrations, Global Asset Manager

A newly created position has arisen for someone to oversee regional fund registration matters with respective regulators in the region. You will be part of a global function and act as the key contact for any fund registration matters / queries in APAC. You will be responsible for coordinating fund documentation to ensure fund registration requirements are met. You will also be responsible for drafting and filing some fund documentation.

This successful candidate must possess strong registered funds experience, in particular SFC registered funds. This role would be suitable for an experienced paralegal with funds experience, a junior lawyer with funds experience or someone with strong experience gained in a regulatory context to the investment products.
