JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, this position works within Psychiatry to assist research a broad range of psychiatric and related conditions using human participants. Specific duties entail assisting with grant writing, IRB compliance, participant screening, enrollment, and safety; data collection, data analysis, manuscript preparation, and other duties as assigned.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists with extracting and analyzing data collected from behavioral, imaging, clinical, demographic, intervention, and treatment outcomes.
Oversees documentation compilation and reports data quality checks to the principal investigator.
Conducts literature searches/systematic reviews, presents data, and assists with data publication, grant/manuscript writing, and the preparation of proposals, as requested.
Maintains regulatory documentation and experiment/protocol records.
Supervises subject screenings, consents, set up and completion of studies, oversight for adverse events, and regulatory documentation.
Participates in community outreach to enhance patient recruitment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
