The Manager, Labor Relations will support employee and labor relations activities as assigned by the Associate Director, Labor Relations, or Executive Director, HR Compliance and Labor Relations. Primary support will include, but not be limited to, identifying trends and opportunities and implementing strategies for improvement within the organization and otherwise supporting the organizations HR LOB and affiliate facilities where appropriate. The incumbent will be a leader, focused on building positive/influential relationships among all levels in the organization and the represented bargaining units. This role will work with the Associate Director, Labor Relations to develop and facilitate training, participate in collective bargaining sessions, arbitration and grievances and will manage all contract implementations. This position will play a major role in updating, interpreting and applying employee relations policies and the collective bargaining agreements (CBA) applicable to bargaining unit employees across the organization.
