Program Manager / Market Analyst

Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate

• 2-3 years prior professional experience as a data analyst, ideally on a rotational program with exposure to multiple disciplines
• Prior manufacturing exposure: some direct experience in manufacturing is ideal; desire and interest to learn more about manufacturing
• Comfortable working with company manufacturing and financial data; basic knowledge of statics and statistical significance; knowledge of financial analysis and metrics is a plus
• Professional presence, ability to carry themselves in a professional manner
• Technical or business degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills
• Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Access); experience with survey-based tools like Survey Monkey
• Strong writing skills
• Works independently and able to communicate needs and expectations effectively
• Enjoys finding new solutions and improving overall company and team efficiencies
• Ability to create and be creative
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to effectively multitask
• Confidence in dealing with people and possessing a professional presence
