Support the implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management framework across the Company, working closely with managers in a range of business units and functions.
Support the Head of Risk to put appropriate systems, processes and governance arrangements in place to support effective risk management.
Support the Head of Risk to embed an effective Risk Culture across the group.
Provide advice, training and support to the business.
Facilitate and encourage the embedding of tools, processes and mechanisms to assess the firm's key risks.
Prepare information to support the escalation and reporting of appetite limits and thresholds.
Requirements:
2-3 years risk management experience from the insurance industry is desirable.
An up to date and in-depth knowledge of the UK regulatory environment.
