Princeton University A Postdoctoral research associate or more senior research position in computational biology is available in the Pritykin lab in the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics at Princeton University.The Pritykin lab develops computational methods for design and analysis of high-throughput functional genomic assays and perturbations, with a focus on multi-modal single-cell and spatial technologies; and applies these methods to study regulatory genomics of cell function and cell-cell interactions in close collaboration with experimental biologists and clinicians, with a focus on immunology and cancer.We seek candidates with computational, bioinformatics, machine learning, statistics, data science and/or other quantitative backgrounds who are enthusiastic about bringing their expertise to address fundamental problems in biology and medicine using cutting-edge technologies. A successful candidate will have an opportunity to lead and contribute to a range of exciting collaborative projects, and develop new projects.PhD in a relevant field is required. Strong track record of productivity is essential. Experience with biological data analysis is a plus but not required.Appointments are for one year, with possibility for renewal pending satisfactory performance and continued funding.
