Leads, plans, develops, implements and evaluates quality performance improvement activities to support Inova's mission, strategic initiatives and operational priorities. Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate a process through data analysis techniques and observations to determine the key components of the process, constraints of that process and opportunities for improvement. Effectively drives and sustains improvements. Leads and project manages strategic initiatives and operational priorities. Creates strong project momentum and builds stakeholder ownership. Effectively manages data to support project objectives. Effectively collaborates and partners with key stakeholder to identify, analyze and proactively manage quality and safety risks, and to promote a strong quality and safety culture. Effectively lead, plan, develop, implement and evaluate quality initiatives to achieve regulatory compliance. Builds capacity within the organization to do quality performance improvement.
