Greet and welcome all customers, visitors, and employees entering the Good Day Cafe and/or approaching retail food stations. Assist with making meal selections, ordering and suggestive selling appropriate add-on items. Answer questions related to menu items, preparation and ingredients. Work various retail food stations as assigned. Responsible for set-up, service and clean-up of meals served during shift. Interact and communicate with all customers, visitors, and employees in a friendly and respectful manner. Provide timely service recovery for any meal errors. General cleaning and stocking as assigned. Follows and implements HACCP guidelines. Complies with regulatory agency requirements.
1. High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
1. No previous work-related experience is required for this occupation.
2. Food service, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.

1. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
2. Ability to communicate effectively.
3. Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time.
4. Able to move with a sense of urgency and work in a fast-paced environment.
