Project Support (MS Project focus)

Role responsibilities highlighted below but not limited to: -

• Support in planning and reporting
• Internal tracking of progress / ensure Stakeholder questions are answered
• Tracking responses from Stakeholders and other workstreams
• Support in communication to Stakehoders
• Agenda and potentially minutes for governance meetings
• Support team in issuing mails, setting up meetings, etc.
• Compiling and managing change-control of project documents

Requirements: -

• Strong experience in using Microsoft Project
• Insurance / Regulatory change experience and advantage
• Understand change control
• Understand dependency management
• Understand resource managment
• Previous work experience as Project Managment or Project Support
• Experience of working in multiple project environments
• Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Able to manage face-to-face and written communication
• Must have right to work in Hong Kong
• Must be ableto commence in the office by 3 Jan 2021
• A project management certification is advantageous
• Cantonese language ability also advantageous
