The Legal Counsel will be working in the Singapore Legal team providing legal advice and support in the following areas:
managing legal and regulatory issues relating to the group's Reinsurance and Corporate Solutions business in South East Asia
legal advice and support provided would include general corporate issues, regulatory and compliance issues, product development, insurance contracts and claims
assist in corporate governance matters including board and committee matters
manage corporate secretariat matters such as corporate documentation and filings
Profile
6 – 10 years PQE, legal qualified lawyer from any South East Asian country
A good team player and able to work in a collaborative and agile environment
Able to work independently and multi-task
Excellent English proficiency and good communication skills
Prior experience in insurance matters & multiple jurisdictions is preferable
