Position Summary

As a Quality Assurance Associate you are responsible to join in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the quality management system at NCI. This position has the responsibility and authority to work under general guidance to strengthen the design, development and testing of our quality management system related to medical device applications

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are documented
• Establishing and maintain systems, policies and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance
• Ensuring awareness of applicable regulatory and quality management system requirements is promoted throughout the organization
• Proactively championing quality assurance issues in company-wide activities
• Leading internal and external regulatory audits/inspections
• Managing document control, change controls, NCM’s
• Training personnel on QMS policy and procedures
• Evaluating and monitoring supplier quality performance
• Ensuring timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions
• Managing activities and responsibilities in the absence of Quality Manager
• Any other duties as assigned
