Christiana Care is currently seeking a Performance Improvement Project Coordinator. In this role the selected individual will provide administrative support and technical coordination of systemwide regulatory required documents managed by the Office of Quality and Patient Safety which advance the operational and strategic goals of the organization. You will also be responsible for coordinating the lifecycle and regulatory reviews of Order Sets for alignment with our Care Management Guidelines and Care Management Algorithms.
Requirements: Associates degree in related field required. Bachelors degree, preferred. Three years' experience in the health care industry preferred Medical Terminology Proficiency preferred. At least five years experience in project coordination activities. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted, but must include at least two years of appropriate experience
