What you will be doing in this role:
The Cardiac Sonographer II (Part-Time ) is an intermediate level position with at a minimum of 5 years of experience in acute clinical settings. The sonographer assists in all procedures performed in the Non-Invasive Cardiac Laboratory (Echocardiography). Demonstrates knowledge and competency in the field and provides quality patient care. Holds certification in cardiac ultrasound from ADRMS or CCI. Demonstrates continuous self-improvement, makes effective contributions to department, and may serve as a preceptor for students. Able to operate and performs studies on a variety of manufacturers' ultrasound machines. Is able to troubleshoot various ultrasound equipment issues.
