| The Research Supervisorprovides day-to-day supervision of department based Clinical Research staff. The Research Supervisor also develops,negotiates and monitors budgets related to funded Research projects, workingclosely with Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH). In addition, the ResearchSupervisor is responsible for the following:
Organizesand facilitates the implementation of Clinical Research projects and monitorsfor quality and timely completion . Develops orassists in the development of protocols, proposals or grants.
Monitorscommunication with the Institutional Review Board (IRB), Food and DrugAdministration (FDA), and other applicable regulatory agencies.
Assistsvarious Principal Investigators, through delegated authority, with conductingclinical trials per federal, state and institutional guidelines. The ideal candidate for the Research Supervisorrole will have a Bachelor's degree, 2-5 years of research experience, andexperience supervising others.
