Excellent communication skills as demonstrated by the ability to interpret, convey, explain, and uphold regulatory requirements to administrative and investigator clients in the OHSU research community. Demonstrated ability to accurately comprehend and interpret medical and scientific terminology, concepts, and methodology. Thorough understanding of budgeting principles and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with department clients at all levels, including research investigators, administrators, managers, and clerical staff. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
