Represent the sales team within the senior management team of Advantage Kentucky Alliance (AKA) setting sales goals, developing and managing sales team, analyzing and improving sales processes, and work to grow AKA's expansion of programming and team members.
Responsibilities include the coordination and disbursement of AKA's service offerings to customers, setting quotas and goals for established sales territories, outline team training programs, develop strategies for sales team to operate efficiently and push team members to surpass short and long term sales targets. Sales manager also works closely with marketing team on marketing collateral. Position can be remote and will have extensive in-state and periodic out-of-state travel.
At least five years of experience in direct sales with ability to develop new business and sell/educate about technical services;
Experience working within or around a manufacturing setting;
At least two years of experience working with sales consultants;
At least two years of experience managing others with direct reports;
This position requires a valid driver's license, automotive insurance and dependable transportation.
Salary Grade: 109 Salary: 65K base salary plus incentives
