Develops and executes sales strategies for outreach and development of new corporate donors.
Manages forecast, pipeline, and revenue expectations; monitors KPIs for analysis and predictability of the sales business
Provides regular reporting and updates to Executive Director and stakeholders on progress and achievement of sales plans.
Manages and grows existing donor partnerships
Stays current with market and regulatory developments in the areas of climate change, carbon reduction and corporate sustainability.
Assists in the monitoring of the various financial and budgetary activities, including vendors contracts. Preparing and monitoring the budget for a unit.
Researches and analyzes data to create reports, and may create other reports for grants and contracts.
Performs other related work as needed.
Masterâ™s degree in marketing, business, or economics.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
Proven record of sales success in an enterprise or B2B environment.
Experience or education in the corporate sustainability or climate change fields is a definite asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt and be successful in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
This position will perform tasks mostly indoors in an office setting.
Work independently for periods of eight (8) hours or more.
