The Clinical Research, Investigation, and Systems Modeling of Acute Illness (CRISMA) Center within the department of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Director, Research Strategy Administration to manage daily business activities in alignment with the department's strategic direction and CRISMA's Mission, Vision, and Values. They will be responsible for the management of all CRISMA research areas and the resources required for each research area.
This position will be tasked with developing and implementing policies and procedures that support the research and ensure compliance with established professional, regulatory and organizational standards and requirements. The incumbent will regularly evaluate organizational efficiency and make necessary changes to maximize staff productivity and engagement. The successful candidate will represent CRISMA to internal and external constituents to promote a positive image and facilitate collaborative relationships. Well-qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, planning, and communication skills. A Master's degree is required. Candidates must possess at least 2 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted.
Significant relevant experience may be substituted for advanced degree requirements. Dual MSN/MBA or MSN/MHA candidates highly encouraged to apply.
