Do you like to work in small teams?Research Technician Assistant s upports the in-life personnel in conducting daily processes, assists staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment, instrumentation, and overall care in the laboratory environment.
Works under the direction of management
Maintains a safe, clean and orderly laboratory environment
Operates and maintains equipment
Perform study preparation per SOP/Protocol(Labels, tubes, etc.)
Ordering of warehouse supplies and data entry to laboratory inventory records
Assist in procedure set-up and clean up
Ensures proper documentation and labeling of laboratory reagents
Disposition of hazardous chemical, generation of the hazardous chemical lab pack and data entry to the laboratory hazardous chemical records
Performs paraffin tissue processing
Documentation and data review practices in compliance with GLP regulations
Assists staff with study-related procedures
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
0-1 years in a regulated environment preferred, but not required
Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, etc
Ability to read and interpret documents such as study schedules, SOP's etc
Working knowledge of basic math skills
Continual GLP training
Must be able to work onsite at our Everett, Washington facility
