Provides advice to senior stakeholders within the organization to deliver on priorities and activities.
Provides advice and support to managers in employee relations, performance management, learning and development, manpower management, compensation, benefits and policy administration.
Engages employees via various channels, grievance handling and counselling, career/professional development advice.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in SGX subsidiaries across Europe pertinent to the ongoing employee relations and collaborate with Head Office HR and Legal & Compliance functions when necessary.
Build routines and operating framework to stay close to the relevant businesses.
Build HR processes in alignment with Head Office strategic direction and policies and embed the operating model.
Involves in annual HR processes including annual performance and rewards review, succession planning and talent identification and development.
Support HR projects and initiatives.
At least 10-12 years of progressive career growth as a HR generalist with experience partnering business across Europe including London and France
Experienced in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR operations at the execution level
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to partner with senior stakeholders
Good knowledge for employment law within multiple EU regions
Ability to work in a fast moving and rapidly growing environment
Experience in technology industry is a strong plus

Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
Strong logical thinker who applies good judgement to employee situations
An effective team player
Proficiency in French language will have an added advantage
