Perform research and program data management and data analysis duties
Generate and resolve queries and/or monitoring data
Ensure validity of research results through timely, accurate, and complete data submission, query resolution, and reporting of deviations.
Ensure that relevant data from the source document are abstracted and recorded and that every data point can be verified within the source document.
Statistical support for grant applications and program projects.
Assist in training other staff members on data management and analysis.
Attend program implementation meetings.
Maintains technical and administrative support for a research project.
Maintains recruiting and scheduling research subjects; assisting with developing or amending study protocols; assisting with developing data collection tools; assisting with building databases; and providing general administrative support. Has general awareness in research techniques or methods, regulatory policies and procedures, and relevant scientific field
Perform other related work as needed.
Advanced degree in a field of relevant to the research being conducted.
Two years of relevant research experience
Strong computer and data management skills.
Strong statistical and analytical skills are essential to complete job requirements successfully.
Able to compile and organize statistical information retrieved and summarize and present findings effectively to a variety of audiences.
Knowledge of research techniques or methods.
Confident in decision making and the ability to explain processes or choices as needed.
Ability to complete milestones and work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively and handle competing demands with diplomacy and enthusiasm.
Excellent multitasking skills and task management strategies.
Attend to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with clinical data and client's proprietary data.
Ability to train others.
