Salary Range: Dependent on qualifications and experience.
The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy proposes development of an online Professional Science Master’s Program to provide training in modern pharmaceutical product development, global pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, and cutting-edge regulatory science as well as business fundamentals to prepare graduates to become innovators and leaders in the field. The Program seeks a Program Manager (alternative working title of Associate/Assistant Director depending on qualifications and experience) to contribute to the development of the Professional Science Master’s Program and other UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy digital learning initiatives. Subsequently, the Program Manager will continue contributing to overall program management as well as be responsible for leading courses, coordinating marketing and recruitment efforts, and providing student support. Final title will be commensurate with degree and experience.
Education and Experience:
- At least one year of work experience after graduation is required. Multiple years of industry and/or higher education experience preferred. Experience in the regulatory field is a plus. - Previous experience with project management is required. Experience developing relationships and leading collaborations across a diverse group of project stakeholders is preferred. Experience with program management is a plus. - Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with online learning management software is preferred. - Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organization skills are required.
