This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to partner with management at all levels to provide both strategic and tactical HR support in the talent acquisition process.

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience required preferably in a corporate environment.
Experience with diversity focused recruiting, community and college outreach strongly preferred
Excellent analytical, project management, interpersonal, problem solving and presentation skills
Thorough understanding of employment law with the demonstrated ability to integrate with Human Resources and business practices.
Experience in selecting and/or implementing ATS and other Human Resources Information Systems helpful
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and applicant tracking systems required
Experience analyzing and interpreting data
Develop and execute recruiting strategy for open positions
Work with department management on the employment requisition/justification process. Recruit, screen, interview, reject/hire candidates for management, exempt and non-exempt level positions.
Collaborate with management on succession planning, career pathing, employee assessment, talent pipelines and selection.
Provide career counseling to employees.
Develop and implement the strategy for the firm’s recruiting activities and outreach programs.
Partner with colleges/universities to establish long term relationships which includes college recruiting, attending college/job fairs, making presentations to students and faculty and coordinating internship/co-op programs.
Establish and coordinate outreach efforts for diversity sites, organizations and other applicable resources.
Serve as Federated liaison with diversity sites and local organizations representing diversity within the local community.
Analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively to identify trends, strengths and opportunities to enhance recruitment strategy and process.
Extract, compile, and analyze employee demographic data and prepare reports as required.
