Under supervision, assists with REDCap administrative duties including but not limited to monthly user acceptance testing, annual major upgrades, user, project, and data management across the institution, specialist-level support requests, and email and SharePoint site management. This role is required to support REDCap office hours and projects, contribute to operational project requests (employee surveys, research query tool, etc.), maintain KPI tracking and reporting, and engage with the Global REDCap Community. Additionally, this role will act as an instrumental support in maintaining relationships with various stakeholders and collaborators for the Office of Research (OOR) REDCap instance, including internal departments such as DHHA IT and RMPDS, and external colleagues like CU IT and REDCap teams across other Denver area institutions such as UCD, Children's, etc.
Alongside REDCap duties, this role is expected to support the Associate Director of Research Operations in process efficiency measures, program management, regulatory compliance, branding, inter-departmental efforts, ongoing OOR communication across DHHA, and other departmental initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. In coordination with the Associate Director of Research Operations, supports process efficiency measures, inter-departmental efforts, and branding tasks and events.
2. Actively participates in the ongoing development of initiatives and activities at the Office of Research for the overall advancement of research at Denver Health.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with investigators, staff, students and participants. Must be comfortable working with diverse populations. Sound organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of protocol adherence and general research practices. Knowledge of research methods and rules of patient confidentiality. Knowledge of the study to ensure adherence to all aspects of the study protocol. Bilingual skills preferred.
