The Office of the Clinical Director, NEI at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD is seeking candidates for the position of Clinical Informatics Specialist GS-12,13. In this position you will be deploying, implementing & integrating commercial clinical software in a clinical research environment, developing data collection and management tools for clinical trials, and ensuring quality and regulatory adherence of clinical informatics data and products. You will be working on cutting edge research studies, using electronic systems for research at the point of care. What will be required of you for success in this position? The candidate must have Clinical /Medical Informatics or Clinical research data management experience and knowledge, and Bachelor's or graduate/higher level degree: major study in an academic field related to the medical field, health sciences or allied sciences appropriate to the work of the position. In this position, you will be reporting to Chief of Clinical Informatics.
