The focus of this job is to provide leadership in and administration of the comprehensive human resources programs and services that support Oklahoma Baptist University’s mission and strategic goals. Plan, direct, and coordinate human resources management to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

Attention to detail in all aspects of HR tasking.
Knowledge of employment law, labor relation law, wage/hour law and proper implementation and enforcement of each. Ability to lead investigation and resolution of situations for complainants, respondents, and the university.
