This position will report in to the Managed Print technology leader (EES). The team member will be responsible in partnering with technical resources from the different printing manufactures, various teams within EIT to ensure all print functionalities are functioning as appropriate. This is a key role in leading technical troubleshooting, with the goal of finding immediate resolution on escalations on print devices across the enterprise. In addition, this role will ensure enterprise vulnerabilities are addressed in accordance to required Wells Fargo governance and regulatory standards. This role will provide assistance with status reporting current fleet , process documentation, and issues with ongoing vendor technical support for the program. This position will be key to maintain and support enterprise patching and configuration conformance standards across lines of businesses and provide support on complex print technical issues. Which will encompass network set up, device functionality and configurations.
5+ years of systems support analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience
1+ years of experience in an environment with 150,000 or more end users
1+ years of experience leading enterprise wide implementations
Knowledge and understanding of technology support: printer configuration, repairs, and maintenance
Knowledge and understanding of the printing industry
2+ years of experience with the Wells Fargo Eco Solutions Managed Print Program
