A meaningful and challenging role in Change Management - focusing on the identification of regulations impacting Credit Suisse, delivering required changes for business and risk functions, and facilitating transition into business as usual
An opportunity to act strategically and engage with key business partners in order to engineer and implement smart solutions in the context of regulatory initiatives
You will be responsible for the delivery of investor protection regulations, in particular for the implementation of FIDLEG regulation ("Finanzdienstleistungsgesetz") for the Swiss Universal Bank and International Wealth Management
Reporting directly to the Program Lead, you will take ownership of one key project within the FIDLEG program, requiring to oversee the design, development and implementation of processes and solutions
A role that offers high collaboration with front office, product manufacturing, trading, legal, compliance, operations, IT and risk management, providing an excellent platform to build a broad, cross-functional network

Higher education degree in Economics, Law or Business Management, further education such as CFA or PMI would be an asset
Several years of professional experience in Consulting or Project Management, ideally in Private Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services
Proven experience in project management, ideally in connection with investment products and/or front processes
Ability to interact with senior management, build trusted partnerships, deliver sound opinion and to present relevant solutions
Objective oriented, ambitious and teammate personality who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in a spirit of true team work
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and business proficiency in English, German would be a plus
You are a self-starter with a positive personality, committed to ongoing learning, and you love to share your knowledge with others
