An exciting role within our Switzerland Control Room Compliance Team in Zurich
Advise on interpretation and application of relevant rules and regulations, market events and best market practices as well as internal policies and procedures
Ensuring regulatory Compliance with transaction containing material non-public information
Advising on information barriers, client confidentiality and need-to-know principle as well as dealing with inside information
Maintaining Watch and Restricted Lists, including implementation of and advice on Research, Sales and Trading restrictions on publicly announced transactions
Reviewing Equity and Fixed Income Research against items on the bank's Watch and Restricted List ensuring Compliance with regulatory requirements, Credit Suisse's Information Barrier policies and dealing with potential conflicts of interest
Closely collaborating with Legal and Compliance colleagues locally and globally
A recently finished Commercial apprenticeship or similar preferably within a banking environment
Preferably good financial product knowledge, good understanding of legal and regulatory regimes of financial markets, effective communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure with a forward-thinking, independent and proactive personality
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive mentality and can-do attitude
Good analytical skills
Proficient in German or English
