The Senior Lab Technologist maintains and ensures a smooth and fully operational Commercial Lab in terms of equipment maintenance, adherence to CLIA regulations and SOPs. Additionally, they will perform complex molecular-based clinical diagnostic assays and perform other tasks according to established operational procedures. The Senior Lab Technologist is expected to take the initiative to identify new areas for improved efficiency and quality for laboratory processes.
BA/BS degree in related scientific area. 4-5 years' experience of molecular biology. CLIA certified or other regulatory laboratory experience a plus. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment.
