The VP of Operations will report directly to and interact regularly with the COO of Event Staging. This individual will play a critical role in transforming our multi-location rapidly growing AV Production business into a world-class operation. You will be held accountable for the productivity of the overall operation by casting the vision, strategy, and tactical plans to achieve operational excellence.

Position Accountability and Expectations:
Directors of Warehouse Operations and Logistics, Production Management, Technical Support Operations and Digital/Virtual Services will report directly to the VP of Operations.
Key deliverables; instituting an optimized staffing and incentive model while measuring and improving productivity, improving inventory maintenance processes to reduce equipment failures, enforcing rigorous standards for on-site productivity and execution, and most importantly, developing the future leaders of the organization and fostering a culture of discipline and employee care.
Lead the implementation of operational strategies and future objectives that will enhance efficiency and improve client and customer relations.
Ensure brand quality expectations, proposals, scope of work and budgets adhere to company revenue targets and corporate values. Work with Account Managers and leadership team to address concerns and make recommendations
Oversee production management, resource and labor planning, event production budget forecasts and management.
Collaborate in planning, design, development, testing and implementing new technology into events.
Manage process changes, enhancements and modifications to facilitate implementation of new or improved business processes and develop strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Manage resources to ensure that financial objectives are met, leveraging knowledge of competitive advantage and revenue drivers

Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
Must have at least 15 years of operations experience in the Event Staging industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate multi-level leadership responsibility and delivery of successful metrics in a growing, complex organization.
Experience as General Manager, District Manager or VP of Operations or Production Management for a large event driven business is a plus.
