Job Description As the Head of document management you will be a key leader in the business, leading a team of experienced professionals covering client data and documentation. Your team will ensure client data is well maintained and coded, ensuring processes are in line with legal and compliance requirements and are withing regulatory controls and bank policies. You will provide exceptional service levels to relationship manager and assistant relationship managers. You will be responsible for reviewing exception reports to ensure process gaps are covered. Last but not least you will have a mindset to perform process re-engineering and change management.
The Successful Applicant To qualify you will be an experienced people manager with extensive knowledge in private banking account documentation processes and procedures. You should have excellent knowledge of the regulatory and business environment and be able to work with utmost integrity and diligence.
